Filisian Institute Philippines is a non-profit educational institution established on July 26, 2025 and officially launched on November 16, 2025. It is committed to providing accessible, quality, and skills-based education that supports personal growth, workforce readiness, and community development.
The institute offers career-focused programs in healthcare, business and entrepreneurship, digital skills, hospitality and tourism, education and language training, and personal and community development.
Through certificate courses, fast-track programs, and CPD-aligned learning pathways, Filisian equips learners with practical skills, ethical values, and lifelong learning competencies for meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and service.
As a non-profit organization, Filisian Institute reinvests its resources into learner support and community-centered initiatives, using education as a tool for empowerment, social mobility, and sustainable impact.

Filisian Institute Philippines is now accepting enrollees for selected medical, management, and certificate programs. Interested individuals are encouraged to enroll early to secure their slots for the upcoming training and academic sessions.

As Founder and CEO of Filisian Institute, I am proud to share that the establishment of Filisian Institute Philippines traces its roots to Filisian Educational and Social Services W.L.L., which I founded in October 2021 in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the height of the global pandemic. While COVID-19 brought unprecedented challenges, it also strengthened our resolve to shaping our commitment to resilience, innovation, and the transformative power of education.
We believe that education is a powerful tool for empowerment and nation-building. As a non-profit institution in the Philippines, our mission is rooted in service, accessibility, and community impact. Through accessible learning, practical training, and strong values, we equip individuals to overcome adversity, pursue meaningful livelihoods, and contribute positively to their communities.
